Our meet and greet service by the concourse is included in the rate and it is extended automatically unless otherwise instructed.

The service includes a free waiting period of 01 hour from the latest scheduled arrival time. Additional waiting time and extra parking periods to be charged accordingly.

No Shows

If a passenger fails to notify Rio Transfer of his/her/their inability to be picked up at the airport , time or place (i.e. missed or cancelled flight, failed to cancel a reservation) a minimum fare will be charged (no show at airport: full charge)

Cancellations

In Rio you may cancel a pick up 3 hours prior to a scheduled reservation at no charge. Pick ups which are in excess of 50 miles from Rio require a minimum cancellation period of 6 hours. Passengers who fail to cancel rides within the above will incur a minimum charge of 50 % of the fare thereof.

Transport as directed (city limits only - shopping, restaurants, etc..)

Cellular Telephone Usage

Local telephone calls will be charged at the rate of US$ 1,00 per minute. All other domestic calls will be charged at the rate of US$ 2,00 per minute. International calls to be charged at the rate of US$ 3,00 per minute.

Package - Pick up and/or Delivery

Minimum charge of 2 hours. Parking and tolls are additional.

Gratuity

There is no service charge applied to our rates. All gratuities are optional.
